Hamilton Tiger-Cats fans can own a piece of history by bidding on unique pieces of Ivor Wynne Stadium memorabilia when the stadium auction begins online today at 5 p.m.
From Wednesday, November 21 until Wednesday, December 5, fans can visit http://stores.ebay.com/IvorWynneCollectibles to bid on one-of-a-kind items including sectional signage, gate signage, press box and Hall of Fame club seats, Wall of Honour boards as well as pieces of Tiger-Cats memorabilia like signed jerseys, footballs from the Labour Day Classic and more.
Net proceeds from the sale will benefit the Ivor Wynne Community fund, a cooperative effort with the City of Hamilton that will be used to develop community projects within the stadium neighbourhood.
Ivor Wynne Stadium proudly served the Hamilton community and was home to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats since 1950.
