Tiger-Cats Release LB Rey Williams

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that import linebacker Renauld Williams has been released.
“We’d like to thank Rey for his contributions to the Tiger-Cats organization during his two years in Hamilton. Rey was a true professional and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” said Vice President of Football Operations, General Manager and Head Coach Kent Austin.
Williams registered 185 defensive tackles, eight quarterback sacks and two interceptions in two seasons after signing as a free agent on February 17, 2011.
