Training/working out, reading, anything active and I enjoy trying new things.

I don't have a favourite but I enjoy comedies and dramas.

I also don't have a favourite but I'm currently reading Psycho-Cybernetics.

I usually enjoy Top 40 but it mainly depends on my mood. I enjoy a variety of different types of music.

I love running the stairs and trails at the various locations throughout the city.

What is the best advice you have ever received or given?

Finding long-term happiness means being true to whom you are and what you believe, regardless of what happens. Even when others "rain on your parade," or your environment doesn't reward you for living by your standards. Don't ever let the easy road steer you in a different direction.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Drama, negativity and non-genuine people and things.
