Stala's Stars was started by Dave Stala in 2010 with the goal to give back to the community he is from. Through this program Stala aims to provide local youth the same opportunities he was given while growing up in TigerTown.

Every home game, Stala's Stars invites 30 kids to attend a Tiger-Cats home game. Each kid has the opportunity to meet Stala prior to kick-off.

As a part of this program, Dave will visit schools in the Hamilton area to give educational speeches. During these visits he will discuss the importance of school, bullying, peer pressure, goal setting and making choices.

For the 2012 season, Stala will be welcoming youth from the East Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club to each regular season home game.
