2012: Started all 18 games in his second season with the Tiger-Cats…named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Special Teams Player…led the team and ranked third in the CFL in receiving with 83 receptions for 1298 yards and 11 touchdowns…led the CFL in punt returns with 78 returns for a total of 1117 yards and set the new Ticats single season punt return touchdown record with five…finished the season ranked second in missed field goal returns with five for 256 yards (112 LG) and one touchdown…led the CFL in touchdowns (17) and ranked third in the CFL in combined yards (2681)…Set new Ticats record for single-season touchdowns…named CFL All-Star as a returner, Eastern Division All-Star as a receiver and kick returner, CFL Player of the Week four times and CFL Player of the Month in for July and August.
2011: Played 15 games in his rookie season with the Tiger-Cats…was named an East Division All-Star…was named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Rookie…led the team in receiving yards. Playoffs: played in both of the Ticats playoff games.
2010: Spent two weeks on the Tiger-Cats practice roster after signing on October 18…signed with the UFL’s Hartford Colonials…was released by the Colonials on September 8.
2009: Signed with the NFL’s Miami Dolphins on April 27…was released by the Dolphins on August 25…joined the Cleveland Browns practice roster on November 9…was released on November 18.
Played four seasons (2005-08) at New Mexico State…caught 246 passes for 3,555 yards and 32 touchdowns with the Aggies…also returned 42 kickoffs for 1,033 yards (24.6 avg) and two touchdowns as well as 51 punts for 297 yards (5.8 avg) and one touchdown…carried the ball 20 times for 100 yards…set school records with 92 receptions and 1,425 receiving yards in 2006…led the nation in receiving yards per game (117.9) and catches per game (7.66) in 2006…named a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award, an award given to the nation’s top wide receiver in 2007…earned first-team all-WAC honours twice (2008 and 2006) and second-team all-WAC honours in 2007.
Born September 16, 1987 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico…son of Wallace and Carol Williams…participated in track and field and played football at Rio Rancho High School...ran for almost 2,100 yards and 33 touchdowns in his senior season…won the state championship in the 200m dash, the high jump and was a member of the state champion 4x100m relay team.
