Tiger-Cats’ Jamal Peters Earns Honour Roll Nod After Standout Week 6

Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive back Jamal Peters delivered a standout performance in his team’s 23-20 victory over the Ottawa Redblacks, earning a spot on the CFL Honour Roll for Week 6, powered by Pro Football Focus (PFF).

Peters recorded two interceptions and two defensive tackles over 51 defensive snaps, contributing significantly to the team’s success. His performance earned him a PFF player grade of 90.9, the highest among defensive backs that week. This marks his third career game with multiple interceptions.

Through six games this season, Peters has accumulated 21 defensive tackles and three interceptions, playing a pivotal role in the Tiger-Cats’ defensive schemes and his performance has been instrumental in Hamilton’s position at the top of the East Division standings. Peters’ recognition on the CFL Honour Roll highlights his exceptional play and contributions to the Tiger-Cats’ success this season.
