CJ Paduano was appointed Director of Football Operations for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in January 2025. He previously served as the club’s Coordinator of Football Operations.
Paduano began his tenure with the Tiger-Cats as a football operations intern before advancing to the coordinator role. A native of Hamilton, Ontario, he holds a bachelor’s degree in media and communications from McMaster University and an advanced diploma in sport management from Humber College.
