 Accessible parking is available for pre-sale on an event-by-event basis. There are two accessible drop-off zones at Gate 1A (Balsam) and Gate 4A (Melrose).

Hamilton Stadium has a wide range of accessible seating options. Please reach out to customerservice@ticats.ca to inquire about our offerings.

For Hamilton Tiger-Cats games, alcohol service will conclude following the end of the third quarter.

 Available in all family washrooms which are located on each concourse as well as on Club Level.

Bags of any kind larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″are prohibited. Please note there is no on-site check-in or storage.

Flag poles/sticks are allowed in the venue IF they do not exceed 4ft in length. Flags and banners must be related to the event. Flags and banners exceeding 3ft x 5ft are not permitted unless they are pre-approved by venue staff*. Inappropriate signage including, but not limited to: profane language, obscene graphics and gang affiliations is prohibited. Stadium branding including, but not limited to: team logos, corporate partnerships, and marketing advertisements may never be covered in any manner by any type of signage or display brought in by a guest.

Binoculars are permitted for all events.

No coolers, glass bottles, or cans of any kind; thermoses/reusable water bottles exceeding 1L are also prohibited (exceptions will be made based on extreme heat conditions).

Bus Parking must be facilitated through our sales staff. Please contact customerservice@ticats.ca to coordinate parking.

Professional camera equipment that includes, but is not limited to: cameras with lenses longer than 3” (detachable or non-detachable), video cameras and the use of video-capable devices such as GoPro as well as tripods, selfie sticks, telescopic or similar devices.

Hamilton Stadium is equipped with six elevators. These elevators are located at all accessible gates (1A, 2A, 4A) and at main gates (3,5)

In an emergency, Hamilton Stadium staff will utilize the public address (PA) system to inform guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

There are eight points of entry into The Stadium. Gate 1A (Balsam Ave N.) Gate 1 & 2 (Cannon St E.) Gates 2A, 3, 4A (Melrose Ave N.) Gate 4 & 5 (Beechwood Ave.) Please see the map here.

Family washrooms can be found on all concourses as well as on Club Level.

St John Ambulance is on-site for all events to provide first aid services to fans and staff.

No outside food and beverage is permitted into the stadium. Concession stands within the stadium provide a wide variety of food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Guests requesting to bring in outside food and beverages due to dietary restrictions should fill out the following form here no later than 72 hours in advance of the event in which they are attending.

Guest Services tables are located on all concourses behind sections 104,117 (Upper and Lower East) and 204.

For any inquiries during the event, fans can text 905-581-9989 for assistance.

Guests may contact the nearest Guest Services or text Guest Assist if there is a spill or housekeeping concern during an event.

Certain sections of the stadium are eligible for in seat service via QR code on the seat.

For lost and found inquiries, please contact guestexperience@ticats.ca. All lost and found items are held at the Gate 3 security desk located on Melrose Avenue.

All media personnel will enter through gate 3A and receive their credential at the window there.

Nursing mothers are welcome to breastfeed their child wherever they feel most comfortable. Family washrooms are located on all concourses. If you require assistance in locating the family washrooms, please visit any of our Guest Service Locations or text Guest Assist (905) 581-9989.

The Tiger-Cats Shop is located near Gate 1. Permanent retail kiosks are located on the Lower East, Upper East, Lower West, and Upper West concourses, and mobile kiosks are located within gates 2, 4, and 5. Please see here for hours.

Fans are not permitted to re-enter once their ticket has been scanned.

Stripes Jungle is open for all Hamilton Tiger-Cats games, weather permitting.

Strollers are permitted inside the stadium but are prohibited from being stored beneath the seating area. Guests may check their stroller in at one of four guest services locations located on each concourse.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the confines of the stadium as well as on Hamilton Stadium Property.

Umbrellas are permitted into the stadium, however, we ask that guests refrain from opening the umbrellas once they have entered the stadium.

Fans will be instructed on weather delay procedures via Public address.

Hamilton Stadium and The Hamilton Tiger-Cats reserve the right to revoke the season tickets of those individuals whose conduct is determined to be inappropriate, including but not limited to any violation of the Code of Conduct, any other Hamilton Stadium policy, or applicable law. Please be aware that the season ticket member is accountable for the conduct of his/her guest.
