Tim Hortons Field is a mobile-only facility. For game entry, a mobile ticket must be displayed on a smartphone. Ticket buyers and fans that received forwarded tickets can access their tickets by visiting am.ticketmaster.com/hamilton/ or the Ticats App. If tickets were purchased through ticketmaster.com, we encourage you to download the Ticketmaster app.

For the safety and security of all guests and employees, no outside food or drink, illegal/illicit substances or danger items/weapons of any kind are permitted inside Tim Hortons Field. As well, all individuals and belongings are subject to be searched.

Guests with medical issues that require special exemptions for outside food and beverage are asked to please fill out the appropriate form at least one week prior to a game or event.

Bags of any kind larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″are prohibited. Please note there is no on-site check-in or storage.

All transactions at Tim Hortons Field are 100% cashless. Accepted forms of payment will include VISA, MasterCard, Debit, American Express and valid Tiger-Cats/Tim Hortons Field gift cards.

The CFL and its Member Clubs are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its fans. CFL fans have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated with respect by venue, team and League personnel. The Players and Officials have the same rights. Accordingly, fans are responsible for their own conduct

Smoking is NOT permitted within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
