CAREER

2025: Elks
Appeared in 15 games for the Elks (one start). Registered eight special teams tackles, along with five receptions for 34 yards.

2021-2024: Stampeders
Middlemost served as a reliable special teams contributor and depth receiver for the Calgary Stampeders. After making his CFL debut against the Toronto Argonauts in 2021, he played in 58 regular season games and consistently contributed in multiple phases of the game.

As a rookie, Middlemost recorded seven special teams tackles and forced a fumble before expanding his role in 2022, when he posted nine special teams tackles, recovered an onside kick, and added five receptions for 44 yards. He continued contributing on special teams in 2023 and suited up for 12 games, while in 2024 he played 17 games and set career highs offensively with three receptions for 43 yards, four kickoff returns for 65 yards, and nine special teams tackles. He also appeared in multiple Western Semi-Final appearances during his time in Calgary.

COLLEGE

2016-2019: McMaster
He played four seasons for the McMaster Marauders, recording 83 receptions for 1,032 yards and seven touchdowns in 26 games. His best season came in 2019 when he posted 32 catches for 528 yards and four touchdowns while helping McMaster capture the Yates Cup. That season included a career-best 119-yard performance against Windsor Lancers football, highlighted by a 72-yard reception. His strong university career led to him being selected by the Calgary Stampeders in the fourth round (34th overall) of the 2020 CFL Draft, and he signed with the club in January 2021.
