Can't make it to the last game of the season? Swap your tickets to the Home Opener! The flexibility is yours, attend the games YOU want.
Simply let your ticket representative know a minimum of 7 business days in advance of any regular season home game that you can’t attend, and we’ll swap your seats for a different home game on the schedule. Policies and conditions apply.
STEP 1
Determine the games you want to exchange.
STEP 2
Contact your account manager or call 905-547-CATS (2287) at least 7 business days before the game you are exchanging.
STEP 3
We’ll process your ticket exchange request and add the new tickets to your MyTix Account Manager account!
STEP 4
Please note that the barcode on your original ticket(s) will be deactivated in our system and will become invalid. Only the new ticket(s) will have valid barcodes.
*Ticket management and reallocation will be at the discretion of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on a first-come, first-served basis while tickets are available. Requests must be made 7 business days before a game. Fans are not permitted to swap their preseason game tickets for seats at a regular season game. Regular season tickets cannot be exchanged for potential home playoff game tickets. Labour Day excluded from the Exchange Program.
